How to Use:
- Can be used in your AM & PM skincare routine
- After cleansing and hydrating with Hyaluronic Acid, gently apply a pea-sized amount of Alpha Arbutin and pat into the face and neck
- Follow with your preferred moisturisizer

- When layering treatments, we suggest working from thinnest to thickest consistency. Waiting a minute or so between applying each treatment will also help to avoid pilling.

Yes! You can safely use it with all other ingredients both AM and PM.
CAN I USE THIS ON HYPERPIGMENTATION ON MY BODY?
Yes, you can apply it on all affected areas on your body. However, please ensure you are patching testing on the affected area before use.
WILL THIS CAUSE ANY SUN SENSITIVITY?
No but ensure that you are wearing SPF daily so that you do not hinder the results and to make sure the dark spots do not linger
IS THIS SUITABLE FOR DRY SKIN?
Yes! it has been formulated with Squalane so it is great for drier skin types
WILL THE ALPHA ARBUTIN HELP WITH DARK UNDER EYES?
Our Alpha Arbutin serum was not formulated for use around the eyes. We would recommend to use a designated eye cream, such as Caffeine Eye Cream or Brighten-I Eye cream, for your under eye concerns instead.
WHAT IS AN ALPHA ARBUTIN AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Alpha Arbutin is a natural antioxidant derived from the Bearberry plant. It helps reducing hyperpigmentation and other dark spots. It treats but also prevents discoloration.

MY ALPHA ARBUTIN CHANGED COLOUR, WHY?
The colour is due the nature of the natural materials used in the formulation and are therefore prone to oxidation – we can however confirm that this does not negate the efficacy, nor the safety of the product.
WHAT ELSE CAN HELP TREAT AND PREVENT HYPERPIGMENTATION?
Ingredients such as Tranexamic Acid and Rosehip Oil are specific to targeting hyperpigmentation by focusing on lifting the specifically darkened areas whilst Vitamin C based products can brighten the overall skin tone. Retinoids/Retinol also have a beneficial impact by speeding up the regeneration of the skin so these patches pass through the surface quicker. Unprotected sun exposure can cause existing areas of hyperpigmentation to further darken and new areas of hyperpigmentation to form. We’d suggest protecting your skin with a broad spectrum SPF daily to help combat this.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
Products can take up to six weeks to show full results, due to the time it takes for your skin cells to turnover and the results of any products to reach the surface. Consistency is key, so apply regularly even if you’re not seeing the effects straight away. It can be very tempting to increase use of some products to try and see quicker results, don’t overdo it though. More is not necessarily more, and overuse can cause irritation and sensitivity.
